Abstract

The main theme of research is to determine the impact of internal motivation factors on employees’ performance. This study is a comparative analysisof food and textile industries of Sindh, Pakistan. The data for this studyhas been collected through questionnaires. Reliability test has been conducted through Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0. In this paper, data analysis is done using Pearson correlation, analysis of variance (ANOVA), independent t test and multiple regression techniques. The results have shown that all intrinsic factors have positive and significant impact on employee’s performance.
